The Home Builders and Contractors Association of Brevard will be conducting a Green Expo Tabletop Event, sponsored by the Trades & Associates Council, on Wednesday, February 20^th 2008, from 6pm to 9pm. The Green Expo will be held at the HBCA located at 1500 W. Eau Gallie Blvd., Suite A, Melbourne, FL 32935. The cost to attend for members and non-members of the HBCA is $15.00 in advance or $20.00 at the door. All Builders are invited to attend at no cost. Please RSVP.

There will be 20 local vendors showcasing the different green products and services available for the builder industry. A full night of activities are planned which include a catered buffet-style dinner by Caribbean Catering Service, a special raffle for ‘Builders Only’ which is a trip to Arlington Inn in Vermont for 2 valued at $1400, other great raffle gifts valued at $100 and up for everyone in attendance, plus a guest speaker, Eric Martin, Senior Research Engineer, Buildings Research Division with the Florida Solar Energy Center. Eric will be speaking on the benefits of Green Building.
