Is buying a foreclosure house from bank is good idea?
Are there any problems or hassles in future if we buy a house from bank auction(defaulter’s house)
If there is any thing wrong done by Bank, the party is at liberty to sue the bank and in such case the sale can be made Null & Void. Better consult the defaulter for clarity.
