What are some high return investments in this sluggish economy?
We don’t know if the real estate will ever recover. Don’t know if the stock market will ever be the same again. What are some high return investments?
The stock market is recovering and the housing markets likely to bottom this year.
Are you interested in income like interest, dividends ore rental income? Or are you interested in capital growth like buying shares or property and selling at a higher price later.
For capital growth some stocks that are on steady up-trends that I like so far are:
IBM
GOOG – Google
EP- El Paso
MS- Morgan Stanley
GS – Goldman Sachs
If you want high short term return, then Amazon is on a strong up-trend at the moment, but given the rate it’s rising, I would probably hold it for 2-8 weeks and take my profit.
I think Apple (AAPL) and NVidia (NVDA) might be good.
