I’m planning to become a real estate agent after high school, and I’m considering moving to San Diego. I know home prices are very expensive there, and that’s bad for buyers, but what does it mean for agents? Does it slow the market down? Any insight you have from this perspective would be great! San Diego is a great place to live and be a real estate agent. If you are good, it doesn’t matter if prices are high or low. Overall, the market is still down/very slow, so it’s not a great time to start. But, who know if we will recover by the time you are out of school.
