Reo Bpo Companies
I’ve been Completing BPOs for several years and wondering how I can obtain more Reo listings. Any suggestions?
I complete about 90 bpo orders per month. I receive very few REO listings. Any suggestions of how I can obtain more listings, and what companies I should be alligning myself with? I am specifically interested in working directly with FNMA. I have listed a few FNMA listings with other asset mgmt companies, submitted an application with FNMA but another agent that is 45 minutes from our area is still receiving the listings. HELP!
Sometimes asset managers give listings to people they know. That’s probably how 1 agent still gets so many listings. The best way to get more REO listings is to know someone. But for people who have to work for those listings, here is how to get more.
The last 2 years has been a wake up call for most Reo Asset companies. They 1st started by giving a lot of listings to a hand full of agents but now they are spreading them out as much as they can. Your best bet is to send in your qualifications to small corps. They are always looking to change their REO agents. FNMA may not even respond to you but John Dow will look at 90 BPOs a month and give you a chance.
