Learn Bpo
how to get order for BPO services and which are the best websites for the same?
i want to learn and earn by providing services for BPO from home itself for which are the best websites for the same
‘BPO services’ that you are asking about have multiple options available.
BPO industry breaks up into
1. Voice (call center)
2. Non-Voice (Medical transcription, accounting, payroll/bill processing etc..)
Non-Voice BPO has now evolved one stage further into KPO (Knowledge process outsourcing). The basics here depend on where you want to go and what you are currently starting with.
If you want to join a ‘Voice’ BPO, you will have to be fluent in english (nowadays there are requirements for French, german etc..) with a neutral accent. You could try training institutes that help you with the language and sussequently placements (be vary and triple check, thoroughly..before you join)
Otherwise, if you are a graduate, other options may be avialable (legal outsourcing is a big thing now..check out www.officetiger.com). As mentioned before a lot will depend on WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.. AND WHERE YOU ARE STARTING FROM..good luck mate.. I am also giving you an URL for reference..check it out for copanies, website and take a look at what they do..
